Gland packing:

BP001 expanded graphite braided packing: it is made from expanded pure graphite yarn. It is braided into packing through all kinds of technology of braiding. It can be divided into expanded graphite braided packing with inconel wire inserted. We offer the expanded graphite braided packing with fiberglass and expanded graphite braided packing impregnated with PTFE dispersion. The expanded graphite braided packing has less weight loss.

Graphite gland packing are almost suitable to all media, such as hot water, seam, acids, alkalis,
organic solvents, hydrocar-bens and low temperature liquids. The sealing
capability is more better and safety. It is the most effective composite parts
for solving problems

BP002 pure PTFE braided packing: the packing is a pure PTFE fiber yarn packing braided into wquare cross section and impregnated with PTFE dispersion. It has high cross-sectional density and structural strength. It has low friction result in easy shaft running. Long lubricant squeezed out under operating pressure. It is used for universal application in centrifugal pumps, control valves and special applications in the chemical, foodstuffs and pharmaceutical industries

BP003 Kevlar fiber braided packing: it is made of DuPont's Kevlar yarn impregnated
with PTFE dispersion and processed with lubricant. It is braided into square cross section. As the strength and module of Kevlar is as high as the steel-like strength. So, this packing can be compared with other kinds of braided packing. It can resist more serve media and higher pressure. It can be installed separately or as end rings with other kinds of packing to combine different characteristics into the packing set.

This packing is mainly used as substitute of asbestos in pump systems. Its property
is better than asbestos and it covers all the services ranges which asbestos packing provides and more. It is used under very bad conditions where ordinary asbestos packing can not provide the satisfied effect. But this packing has long service. It is usually applied to the pulp factory, sand slurry tin mine and feed water pump of the power plant

BP004 asbestos packing impregnated PTFE: it is made of asbestos fiber cords impregnated with PTFE dispersion (addition of lubricant is optional). It is soft in texture and suitable as the sealing of pumps for liquidated chemical, However, packing impregnated with lubricants is recommended for use with reciprocating pumps or for the sealing in places where linear velocity is up to 10m/s

BP007 PTFE graphite braided packing: it is made from graphite-PTFE compound with
lubricant. It has very good thermal conductivity. It has high flexibility and volumetric stability, no embitterment or ageing. It has universal resistance to chemicals with the exception of strongly oxidizing media such as fuming nitric acid and gaseous fluorine. It has an extremely wide range of uses in pumps (uncooled operation possible with hot water up to 160^oC), agitators mixers and kneader centrifugal pumps, auto claves for all types of industry. It has long life with good operating efficiency

BP006 ramie braided packing: this packing is made of ramie fiber impregnated with
PTFE plus lubricant. It is used for pumps, refiners, filters and valves in the brewing and
beverage industry, ship-building and other fields. It is especially resistant to abrasive
media in the paper industry and sea-water industry

BP005 carbon fiber braided packing: this product is a braided packing made of carbonized poly acrylonitrile fiber and finished with PTFE dispersion and lubricant. It has a wide range of application. It is relatively economical among non-asbestos packing. It is to seal water, brine, factory waste, salt solutions, weak acids and mineral oil. It is used for centrifugal pumps, mixers and agitators.
